Jayce overall!
Jayce, as you know, requires some time to master and the combination of the two stances is really important.
Before you look at other builds give this one a try and see how easy your laning will be. I made these builds so I can easly adapt to the champion itself.
Combos
Cannon stance: E->Q->W->R->Q->E->W
These are the two combos you will be using troughout the entire game.
Hammer stance tips: When you use Q make sure to use the slow to go infront of the enemy and knock him back towards your teamates/side of the base for.
Cannon stance tips: Take advantage of your movement speed buffs. As soon as you do your combo quickly change to hammer stance and go trough the acceleration gate. That will give you movement speed enough to catch a champ that flashed or used ghost.
