Why Ionic Spark? In my opinion, it doesn't work too well with Teemo. It does only 150 damage after attacking 4 times; instead I would suggest maybe a Guinsoo's. There really is no need for an Athene's, since Teemo isn't really a caster (so he shouldn't be having mana problems that often). |

Why the balls do you take Black cleaver when over half of your damage is magic damage? The armor reduction isn't really that useful, if you pick it for the damage and attack speed there are a lot of better items you could buy imo. |
