So I am a Jhin main with a lot of games on him. I think I am good enough to teach some of you out there how to play him. First of all Jhin is the definition of backline in a teamfight. If he even once accidentaly goes to the front he dies. He has no mobility or is in any way tanky.
Jhin has very high damage but trades everything else for it. The champ itself isnt too hard to play but the knowledge you need is over the top. New Players: don´t play Jhin. But lets get started
For runes I take a little bit of defensive runes but also AD marks. I took Lifesteal Quints for sustain in lane. I calculated the differences if you put in full crit (20.3%) and it wont be of use in the first 30 minutes and thats where Jhin needs help.
JHIN the most immobile character needs Flash as most others do. Also Heal gives movement speed and helped me for some master baits. Barrier can be considered too. But not Ignite since Jhin is a sniper so he wont be getting into close range at most situations.
Pros / Cons
YOU NEED A TANK. yes if you dont have a team with peel: GG. But if your team knows where you are and you know where you have to go you will do damage of DOOM.

-Even if fed needs team to peel
-You need a LOT of Gamesence
-No tanks in you team: GG
Farm safe until your support gets a good grab. then go to your max range and let it rain for some bullets. I go autoattack, Q, autoattack, W if necessary, E behind them, autoattack, Last autoattack and then it depends on what happens.
In teamfights i recommend you stay behind your teammates and put a good W if an enemy walks out for a little poke. You dont have to be shy to use the ult since it slows enemies and can get your team the cath on the squishies. Most adcs focus tanks, like vayne and Kog´Maw but you shoot the squishys and execute low hp targets with your last shot of Death.
good teammates are : Thresh, Morgana, Nami, Malph, Mundo, Shen, Leona. As you may have seen tankyness and hard cc is the key. If the peel for you it will be easy to carry yourself out of whatever rank you are in.
All-in-all Jhin is fun to play and this guide is to get started and play him well. Jhin is a very rewarding champ if played well but can give your team the loose if bad played. So please train him in normals and dont get him in rankeds immediatly after 1 good round.
