Well where do i start, to use Jinx abilities to max, learn how to use clompers and zap, thru trees and obstacles, remember the clompers give you vision where they are planted, so to throw a few clompers in a small and narrow corridor is very useful especially if you know the enemies are there or not, follow up by a Zap. It can be tedious and annoying for the opponents to be constantly drained of hp, which they will be with this build, later on rely on your minigun it will tear down the hardest of opponents, yet squishy you have the mobility to kite all melees and two shot any ranged.
