I played a lot of matches with Jinx and tried a lot of builds and items. This build is the best for me. I think that when u will build like this no one can counter you and you can win game easy. Jinx is the strongest ADC for me.

At start u need to farm with your minigun and harras them with rockets. I prefer maxing out Q first for maximum AS and harras, she is so good at farming so you need to use this and reach CS as high, as you can. You need to beware junglers with high CC, because Jinx hasn't got escape mechanics (yes, she has got good passive to escape, but if jungler will gank you, and u wont kill, you will just die)

Pros:
- Good harrasing
- Easy farming
- Not so hard

Cons:
- No escape mechanics
- Very weak versus champions with high amounth of CC (leona, jarvan or blitzcrank)

She can easy farm golems or another jungle camp when enemy is outpushing minions. For example u go for a big wraith near botlane, u have no vision so u cast your W, and keep autoattacking with minigun.

You need to focus on harrasing a high couple of enemies with your rocket launcher, when fight will brake out u need to try to aim enemy ADC with W and E and keep autoattacking enemies.
