Hello, and welcome to my 2nd guide, i know a lot of people out there think "omg, ad shen? gg we lose".
Actually its quite the opposite AD Shen has been viable even before he got buffed, but now that his buffed its even better. His mobility and his ability to move around the map in an instant is something that should not be under estimated.
For instance : A team mate is losing a 1v1 or running away from a 1v2, you can use Stand United flash/taunt and deal insane damage since you're AD.

9 In the Offense Tree taking
21 In the defense should always be taken unless you ready have a tank.
What I really like is that it has an in-built thornmail which is really great in the jungle.
If you do happen to go 21 In Offense and 9 In Defense it should look a little like this
Pretty standard although you can change it if you wish to.
Greater Quintessence of Lethality
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
Off-Tank rune page, you can use other runes but I think these would best suit Shen
Smite - When you're jungling Smite is needed. No Questions Asked.
Flash - In the current meta, 95% of the time you will need to take Flash, but its your choice Shen already has Shadow Dash (I'd still take Flash just to be safe)
Heal - Pretty OP since its gotten buffed, 1v1 both almost dead pop your Heal all of a sudden you back to half.
Ignite - Great for early game if you can't manage to kill someone. Swap this out for Flash
Exhaust - This summoner spell makes an enemies escape downright impossible always a good choice for any champion. (except support)
Teleport - Great way to get around you could Stand United to a fight then after its over just Telerport back to your lane like nothing happened
Ghost - Also a great substitute for Flash
Clarity - Out of mana? get a Manamune! no, but seriously don't even think about it.
Clairvoyance - Really should let the support or tank get this instead.
Promote - Ummmmmmm No.
Rally - Take it if you want to lose.
Revive - This is only acceptable on Karthus or Bot Games

Has a multiple taunt
Ganks are good
Vorpal Blade Gives him a lot of sustain
Built in flash with Shadow Dash
Stand United Can save both you or a team mate
HE GOT BUFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFED
Weak early game
Needs farm or kills
Any form of cc can shut him down. eg. Dazzle
Not as tanky
Missing your Shadow Dash equals a fail gank.
Jungle Shen Route
This was when Shen didn't get buffed yet so it might be slower than other videos
( Done in a custom game, you MUST give blue to someone else on your team. Shen energy problems are fixed just don't spam qwe and you'll be fine)
Damages the target, and allows allies as well as yourself to regenerate X amount of hp + 1.5% of your maximum hp.
Honestly, I love this ability, Great for farming and can keep you in-lane for a very long time. This is your bread and butter. Max this out first.
Places a shield on yourself to absorb incoming damage.
Good shield only downside is only stays up for a 3-4 seconds
I find if more useful then taunt, max it out second.
Shen Dashes towards the targeted location taunting anything he touches as well as dealing minor damage
Built-in flash and a taunt, able to pass most terrain.
really no point in maxing it out just there for the taunt and dash.
Shen channels for X amount of time and places a shield upon the selected ally, after the channeling Shen then teleports to them. GLOBAL
Great ultimate. Shields a HUGE amount of damage, if you can in a team fight try placing this on your carry so he/she can put out maximum damage. Can also be used for escaping if you know their coming for you but don't have enough time to recall just use this to teleport to an ally, Bam get out of jail free card!
