Utility: 9

In the beginning of the game you want to start with your cloth armor and 5 health potions. Go to Golem and turn despair on. Smite it as soon as you get there and pop a health potion. Put your next potion into despair and take on the wolves with your despair on. Using health potions when you need to. Clear the rest of the jungle till all thats left is the lizard. Go back to base and buy your heart of gold. Go get lizard and put your last point into bandage to try and gank the enemy. If you cannot gank anyone then go back to jungling till you reach 6 and try to go for a gank again. When you get to mid game you should be participating in team fights whenever you can, controlling dragon, and helping cover/push lanes. Late game you should be doing pretty decent damage and should be tanking forEVER. Baron is easy for you with the Abysall Sceptar and Despair doing damage on percent of life. If things aren't going your way however or you don't have a good team it might be rough. Just remember ping many times when you're initiating. Initiate with a bandage and try to get as many people in your ult as possible with despair ON. Your last item will depend on the team make up, though you generally want to get Sunfire first to up your damage.
