What Agoney said, but also, I'm curious as to why you would build a Last Whisper if you have a Black Cleaver. You would get a lot more damage by replacing the Black Cleaver with something else (Infinity Edge for example) and then getting your Last Whisper. You won't need both a Black Cleaver and a Last Whisper unless everyone on their team has a Thornmail and a Guardian Angel.

A nice start, not going to up or down it for a few reasons:
Great explination on her ulti
You didnt talk about masteries
You didnt talk about alt summoner spells
You didnt talk about alt items
You didnt talk about counter items
You didnt talk about what to do when your doing badly
You didnt talk very indepth about how to gank, just sketched the surface a bit
