Why would you -1 the build because its a small description Anacrama?
Thats a bit un-needed

Once i have enough IP for the required runes i'll try a jungling Jax build with no Smite - if you take Counter Strike first, have Desolation Runes, Health Quints, cloth armor and health potions, you can kill the golem without it. From there on its easy since the blue buff allows you to spam Counter Strike.

After I get some blue attack speed I'll try this build out. Looks solid and interesting though. +1 for now and i'll shoot you an invite.

Jungle builds need descriptions! I was actually interested in the way you would jungle. Too bad you don't have a description. No -1 cuz it's your first build.
