Personal Background
Three dorans rings in the beginning easily fixes Sion's mana problems and helps against harassment since you receive extra health. With any ap carry, an early Rabadon's will destroy the other team and will be forced to counter you while your team can build ad. All the items should be simple but you may be wondering about Hextech Gunblade and Deathfire grasp. These two are useful to take away that annoying banshees that may effect your sprees. Stack items shouldn't be used in any game because if you know you're going to win, the items you normally should get wouldn't affect the game outcome.
Sion is NOT the most requested jungler because so many other champions do it better. It is fun and ganking is really easy but if anything goes wrong, it could be disastrous for the team. In solo Q, continuous ganking on one lane could easily bring that lane to the ground. It is very difficult to stop a ganking Sion if done correctly.
The last item really depends on the other team. If they all stack magic resist(because you're doing so well ;]) get abyssal or void staff. If they all have squishy carries, get hextech gunblade to pop those banshees or simply slow them for an easy kill. Hextech Gunblade is also useful for decimating towers with your ult and sheen. Rod of Ages is also a nice item if you think you need more health.
1.Start at wolves and then go to wraiths.
2.Smite the big one and finish the smaller ones.
3.Head over to double golems and recall to base after you kill them.
4.Buy 3 health pots and go to Blue. Pop one health pot here and repeat steps 1-3 while popping health pots at wraiths and golems.
5.Go to Red and finish it. Most of the time, you will have 100 hp by the time red dies so you it only makes sense to go back and buy your second dorans ring and boots of speed. With boots, you will be able to gank much more effectively.

Ganking with Sion is extremely easy. Tell your teammates you who you will be aiming for and press W for your shield. Right after you press W, you want to initiate on the target with a Q and auto attacks with sheen. Pop W once you get close enough and just follow the enemy, if still alive, into the turret. Turret diving is not suggested with Sion because most of the time, you will have buffs. If that specific lane doesn't have any beefy characters to tank the tower, it IS your job. Ghost if you need to at any given moment of the gank.
