With this build you will be able to kill most squishies in one combo, and at full build with Elixir of Iron you will have 4100+ HP. You are still not super tanky but with your huge amount of HP and shields from your passive as well as Sterak's you are also not squishy yourself by any means and have a good chance of surviving fights even after diving the backline.
