PREFACE
For my items, I wanted to start with some early armor to give me some survivability in the early jungle. Since you're going to be playing AD Mordekaiser, your're going to want some lifesteal since you're going to be whacking things constantly. The Wriggles is fine for early on in the jungling phase for some lifesteal and that passive that was literally made for jungling. I usually take Boots of Mobility on all my junglers for faster travel and ganks, but with Morde, I found you need that extra attack speed. You basically build him Atmallet from there for that passive and a lot of health and damage. Follow that up with a Zekes because that gives you a decent buff in all departments. Finish yourself off with a Warmogs (because more health, health regen, and points on the atmas) and then get all the consumable pots. Now you are glow and time to make sexy time.
You may notice that unlike every other Mordekaiser build, you level up your Q first and don't touch your E till the very end. This is because your Q is the only thing that scales off of AD, and it has some very nice scaling. 1:1 bonus physical damage all the time and if you only hit one guy, that goes up to 1:1.65 bonus physical damage. And the best part, it hits multiple enemies and everyone knows that multi-target stuff makes jungling easier. The shield you take early too since its damage over time and a defensive buff and doesn't need any real bonus power. The rest should be self explanatory: take your ult at 6, 11, and 16 and when you cant max your Q or your W, start maxing your E.
Smite: You need this. No if, ands, or buts about it. You're jungling, its a must.
Flash: Its good for gap closing to get your q off, escaping over walls in case of counter jungling, and for various other reasons that you can probably figure out.
Exhaust: You have no CC at all until you get a Frozen Mallet, so this could also be useful unless you rely on the lane for CC.
Ghost: Like flash, its just a general gap closer/escape skill

You generally want to follow the generic jungling route of blue then wolves, wraiths, golems (or red if you're feeling lucky punk), red (if you didnt get it already, in that case, do golems), wraiths again and then take it from there. He is a very fast jungler after level 3 so expect to be doing a lot of cross map farming.
