Start from blue buff. Spam shatter and start using your health potions periodically throughout the jungle once you start hitting the blue buff golem. Use smite! The rest will be easy with the attack speed runes and the blue buff, you'll be able to spam heal with ease. After getting the lizard go gank one of the lanes (preferably solo lanes).

Key points:
-Shatter reduces enemies' armor when activated, thus increases your damage output.
-You still have to heal your teammates as well.
-Take blue buff again to resolve mana issues.
-Always use your ultimate when ganking or in a team fight.
-Dazzle is perfect for stunning runners before they go out of range. The farther they run, the longer they're stunned.
-Alternatively dazzle might give you that tiny bit of damage you need so don't hesitate to use it as a damage source in close range if you really need to.
-Most importantly, BUY WARDS! 1 or 2 in early game, several in mid and late game.
