First of all, I play very aggresivly with Warwick. Its EXTREMELY heart racing and fun to chase down ememys with warwick E skill and ghost. With his full build you can solo baron nasher and almost 1 hit minions easily and do HUGE damage to enemy Champions

GREATER MARKS OF DESOLATION: I get this because the armor pen. is very good with warwiwck and his W skill. The armor Pen rune page (Greater marks of desolation,Greater Seal of Alacrity, Greater Glyph of Alacrity, and Greater quintessence of Desolation) is VERY effective against tanks.
GREATER MARKS OF MALICE: Get this if you want to have a higher crit chance
GREATER SEAL OF ALACRITY: Good with Warwick and this build because it gives him more attack speed so he can do more damage faster and jungle faster
GREATER GLYPH OF ALACRITY: Same reason as above
GREATER QUINTESSENCE OF DESOLATION: Gives more Armor pen which is very effective with is ww build.
GREATER QUINTESSENCE OF MALICE: so you can get more crits and jungle faster.

RECOMMENDED
Ghost: Ghost is used for catching up with champions when they are too pushed up or when you are chasing. Ghost allows Warwick to Continually hit the enemy champion.

Ignite: Use when you in the middle of your ultimate to insure a kill

Other Spells
Exhaust: So you can slow them down to kill them easier

Cleanse: To Escape enemy CC

Smite: C'mon this a walkthrough for warwick WITHOUT smite

Flash: To get away from a team or to flash in to chase

Clairvoyance: Warwick is NOT a support.....

Fortify: Again Warwick is NOT a support.......

Start off with a vampiric Scepter and follow the jungle guild below. Once you get over 1000 gold, go back and buy a boots of swiftness and if you have more start building to your Wriggles Lantern. After start getting your madreds blood razor and IE. The Black cleaver and the Banshee Veil and be switched if you are doing well or not.

First Start off with the double Golems only use your W skill(Hunters Call)once. Then you should Level up. Grab you Q skill(hungering Strike) And head to the Wraith camp. Use your Q skill on the minion of your choice and then use your W skill. Now, go to the Wolves camp and only use your abilities once. Once your level three, Grab another point on your W skill and head to the Blue Golems. Take out the Little minion first. After its your PRIORITY to maintain the highest amount of health as possible since you can spam your abilities with the blue buff. Go to the enemy wraiths. After go to the enemy double Golems. You should Level up and get your E skill(Blood Scent). Now go the the red lizard. After, you are ready to gank. But, if you don't want to gank yet, go to the wolf camp and then the wraith camp.

PROS:

Great Damage
Great Jungling
Can Gank very well with ultimate
VERY good chaser

Cons:
little squishy
If CCed cant do anything

Warwick will get you wins(if you dont have a bad team) if you do well
