Why 45% CDR?

The idea behind this build lies in the ability of our Q Three Talon Strike to reduce the cooldown of our other skills by 1 second per proc. Together with as much Cooldown Reduction as possible (45% Cooldown Reduction) we are able to perform 2 E Audacious Charge basicly in row or in a same combination and "perma slow" our opponents.

Furthermore we apply many Spellblade procs this way, which turns us into a heavy damage tank, due to our R Crescent Sweep providing a huge temporary Armor and Magic Resistance buff and our CDR items, that give defensive stats for the most part like Frozen Heart.

Finally, to our damage and tank stats, we gain sustain aswell, due to our E Battle Cry that applies heal on hit in combination of the Attack Speed buff it applies additionally. We gain even more Attack Speed due to our investments in runes, masteries and optionally due to items.
