About Tiers
Tier 1 ~ 7 : Blue Route
Tier 8 ~ 10: Ghosts Route only
Tier 1 : These Champions can jungle so well that they don't even need pull neither smite, those are the best champions since ur enemies will not even notice u are junglin'
Tier 2 : These Champions are those who can easily jungle with a pull. (no smite)
Tier 3 : These Champions can actually Jungle without Smite, but It's Pretty hard...
Tier 4: These Champions need smite to Jungle, what can make the ganks easier, they'll need their team to protect 'em but if no one gank them they jungle pretty easily.
Tier 5: Even with smite, these champion can jungle like the ones from Tier 4 but, u need to use ur Health Potions properly and Smite at right time to survive.
Tier 6: These are the champions who need Smite and Pull to jungle well like Tier 4 only if there is no gank.
Tier 7: Same as tier 6, but can be hard to sustain in jungle for long times without doin base or, some of them need a good Health Potion Management like Tier 5.
Tier 8: Those are the ones who can't do Blue Route but can jungle well by the Safe Route a.k.a Ghosts Route.
Tier 9: Those do the same as tier 8 but have difficulties doin' the rest of the jungle without die.
Tier 10: Those are so hard to sustain in jungle for long that aren't even Viable to Jungle.
Non-Tier: Those are the ones who can't jungle.
Non-Tested: Those are the champions that I couldn't test yet. (Sorry to who play with these)
Obs: All these champion tests had been made with no runes and with the recommended masteries ( not the exact masteries but, if it's a 21-9-0 champion, I do it like that, some exchanges can be made in the most versatile champions.)
