Always start with Ghosts/Wraiths then go on with the Red Buff and after that u shall try to gank, try always to gank top first but if u r on wrong side of mid lane u start with a gank on mid then go wolfs --> Blue Buff --> Top Gank.

Always try to communicate with your team type like omw top/mid/bot in chat or ping the enemy so your team is ready when u gank, ask if their is any wards and were they placed it.
