Also, Try this build before you vote. Everything is explained and I will add more to this guide as quickly as I can. Comment what you think I should add and I'll work on it. Some items may confuse you, But they all have a purpose.
You may see this build in action in a LIVE BROADCAST hosted by me. I'm normally on during the day. (See Champions - LIVE!)
LORE:
Before Nocturne, people believed that dreams were figments of their imagination, meaningless images that flashed through the mind when one slept. This belief was put to the test when a rash of sleep-related incidents started afflicting summoners of the League. Some would wake up screaming, terrified and beyond consolation. Some could not fall asleep, slowly going mad as the nights ticked by. Some simply never woke up. Physicians were baffled until a Field Architect happened to pass out next to a nexus on Twisted Treeline. Witnesses said he cried out once and then stopped breathing. Immediately after, magical energy arced out from the nexus, and Nocturne appeared.
Nocturne did not take his introduction to this world kindly. He slaughtered everything he could find before summoners were able to magically confine him. After a period of intense study, League experts divined that Nocturne hunted summoners in their sleep, attacking them in a place where their magic was useless. This seemed to be his only purpose. The families of the victims demanded justice, but League officials were concerned that death might only return Nocturne to the place from which he came. They bound him to a nexus fragment, trapping him in the physical world. As punishment for his crimes, they allowed summoners to call upon Nocturne in the League matches, bending his will to the summoners he hates and creating his own personal nightmare. League scholars don't know whether he truly came from the plane of dreams, or whether there are any more like him. Some theorize that the summoning act affected summoners' subconscious minds, luring Nocturne to them in their sleep. Perhaps the most disturbing theory is that Nocturne is a person's nightmare come to life. If this is true, they wonder, who is the dreamer?

His runes are pretty basic. I use Armor Pen And Atk Speed. Marks and Quints for Armor Pen and Seals And Glyphs for Atk speed. At level 1 with his Shroud of Darkness I already have .913 Atk Speed.
Do The Math...
Greater Seal of Attack Speed = .79 x 9 = 7.11%
Greater Glyph of Attack Speed = .64 x 9 = 5.76%
Alacrity (From Mastery) = 1 x 4 = 4%
Shroud of Darkness = 20% (at level 1)
Total = +36.87% Atk Speed
Also The Atk speed will help with Nocturne's Passive Umbra Blades
As for the Armor Pent, It will help fighting against the minions and to demolish early game tanks.
With your Mastery And Runes, you will be ripping through 30.93 of the enemies armor.

There are 5 Summoner spells I enjoy when using Nocturne. Of course, You can only have 2 in the game.
This is a MUST for Jungling, Should be selected every time
This can really help when ganking anyone. Sometimes when you gank someone and they live with like 20 hp. And your like "That SOAB!" Well Ignite can make sure that your enemy is down.
This Can help For both Offensive and Defensive purposes
Just like Ghost, Can Both be used for Offensive And Defensive purposes
Very Handy against AD Carry Champions. This can not only Help gank enemy, This can very well save your life.

EARLY GAME
Start out with Cloth Armor and Health Potionx5. This is common for most Junglers. It will help you Jungle early game. After Jungling for a little bit, you should get the Vampiric Scepter, This will further help you Jungle with lifestealing. I always go for Berserker's Greaves For the Atk Speed. After the boots your going to upgrade the Cloth Armor for Madred's Razors then Upgrade your Vampiric Scepter for Emblem of Valour. After that, Grab your Madred's Bloodrazor
Items So Far: Emblem of Valour
MID GAME
Purchase Recurve Bow and Upgrade Emblem of Valour to Zeke's Harbinger.
The Zeke's Harbinger Adds a very nice 40% Atk Speed and 20% Lifesteal, and another Addition of 30 hp per 5 seconds. And reduces armor of all nearby enemies by 20. Very Handy for any offensive occasion.
Get The Vampiric Scepter To Add some more Lifesteal. (You will upgrade this later)
Next Get the Heart of Gold and Soon upgrade That to Randuin's Omen
This will add some survivability. Make sure you use the active for defensive and offensive uses.
Items So Far:
LATE GAME
Upgrade your Vampiric Scepter to a Bloodthirster. The Lifesteal plus damage will increase your damage output by a ton. so start farming those minions when you get this!
For the Last Item get the Black Cleaver I debated for this item, But the extra armor pent will help you against the tanks. If they are stacking on more armor than you can handle, Replace this for Last Whisper
FINAL ITEM BUILD:
With Runes+Mastery+Items+ Black Cleaver Stacks.. you will have a total of 95.93 Armor Penetration.
Other Items
IF You think you need to replace one of your items for a more defensive item. Replace either Randuin's Omen Or Black Cleaver
If you Feel like your dying from Casters Alot, This is the item for you! With this items and your Shroud of Darkness You cancel out quite a few harmful spells.
Dying to much? Here you go. Pretty good, gives both armor and magic resistance and every 5 minutes... you revive.
A good amount of both armor and health. Also with the passive effect, It can help in most situations.
Got a annoying AD carry on their team? Make them beat themself up.
Never tried this on Nocturne. But the extra health can help if your willing to replace one of the items.
This is good if you need that extra speed. This can be handy during early ganking.
Very good item to demolish tanks stacking on armor. If Black Cleaver Just isn't enough, I would go with this.

Alright, Lets talk about the most important aspect of this guide, Jungling. When you start at Level 1, go for blue first. YOU WILL NEED one teammate to "pull" The blue golem. Once your teammate pulls the Golem, begin attacking it, You should have no problem from there.
At The Start of the game, Go to blue golem (1) and Kill him [use Smite] (with your teammate to just pull him). Next Kill the wolves (2) and then the shades (3) Then the mini golems (4). Rest for a second and make sure your hp is 500+ and then kill Red lizard (5) [use Smite]. After killing the lizard you should be level 4, and ready to buy your Vampiric Scepter
Once you buy your Vampiric Scepter Check the lanes for possible ganks. If there is, get in the bush next to the lane and get your teammate to follow along. Use your Duskbringer First. Make sure you hit your target! Chase down if necessary but dont turret dive. If the champion attempts to run from you, Use Unspeakable Horror. Dont Forget about Ignite. Make sure you use Shroud of Darkness if its a caster. This will give you a bonus Atk Speed if successful. Always use Duskbringer when its up.
When not ganking, You should be killing the creeps in the order of (2),(3),(4). and Kill Golem (1) and Lizard (5) when possible.
Once your Level 6, Ganking will be fun for you, and terrifying for the enemies. Use your ult Paranoia and quickly use it on a enemy champ that needs to get ganked (particularly a Squishy for best effect) and then Follow-up by using Duskbringer and Unspeakable Horror If necessary.
Also once your level 6, Try to Avoid the Common Ward Placements (Green Boxes). Instead just use your Ult Paranoia to engage. This way they wont see you coming.
Throughout the game you should be jungling. If there isn'y a Ganking opportunity, thats when you hide back into the jungle.
