Introduction

NOW YOU MIGHT THINK THIS IS A TROLL GUIDE!!!!!!!!!! BUT THAT IS A LIE!!!!!!!

When you just wanna have fun, you can try one of these teams.... there are many more champions with high base movement speed but you get the general gist. If you wanna read the parts that actually mater read the Champion Movement section and Summary section.

Champion Movement (MUST READ!!!)

330 Movement

This is the highest movement speed in the game and only three champions have this speed.
Pantheon
Jax
Master Yi
You should have at least one of these on your team THEY ARE ESSENTIAL.

325 Movement

This is the second highest movement speed and you should fill the rest of your slots with these once you have a 330 Champion, Jungle Tank, and Special Character(See below)
Shaco
Trundle
Katarina
Lee Sin
Akali
and Nasus
There are probably more but I cant check thoroughly, haven't found a database with that information organized.

Special Characters

These are characters that don't have 325 or 330 movement speed but they have a special mechanic that makes them even faster than the other champions, For example Janna and Miss Fortune both have speed mechanics.

Jungle Tanks

These Champions are the designated damage receiver while jungling. Now you don't want to just go ahead and pick some random tank character that doesn't bring anything into the mix but a plain meat-shield. You want this champion to be of use while jungling. Nunu has consume dealingg mass amounts of true damage, and Cho-Gath has a 1k true damage ultimate.

Summary

Now in hindsight Janna is probably a MUST HAVE when playing this way. Considering her 3% movement passive you have a monumental difference from the normal champion. Also if you find your friends like playing the 330 champions alot you can fill your whole team with the fastest characters. For example this is one of the best teams you could have- Janna, Master Yi, Pantheon, Jax, and Nunu. But not everyone loves to narrow there Champion choice to only three characters.

Runes

No one in there right mind would buy movement speed quints for this build and i didn't want to mess with the end movement speed. Don't follow runes... just needed to put them in.

Masteries

Improved smite.... Ghost.... want that longer buff duration.... um.... go for base movement, flat def and magic resist... and go for summoner cooldown, so everyone is smiting EVERYTHING.

Items

So if you noticed one champ on each team had a cloth armor, this is for the designated "tank" but this tank is just for the creeps early game. Other wise every one else goes damage, rush the madreds.... then boots of mobility and zeals. If you last long enough, build zeals into phantoms...

Skill Sequence

I'm pretty sure about all skill sequences except Akali, Katarina, and Pantheon.

Summoner Spells

So since your all jungling your gonna want smite, this will help with baron at lvl 10. Also your gonna wanna ghost because your going movement speed juker.

Summary and Pros/Cons (MUST READ!!!)

This doesn't really present any information above, I just called it summary cause its the last paragraph and doesn't have one defined topic, but this paragraph is where the entire strategy lies.

The main point of this guide is to be elusive and REALLY hard to catch. With the high movement speeds you will be able to escape whenever a fair chase presents itself (no cc at all). You will also have to know how to juke well. So don't just act like following my guide will bring you sure victory, you have to have some prior skills first.

Pros/Cons

Pros:
Very fun abnormal way of playing
Always missing EVERYONE/Element of Surprise
Ganks are easy
You can escape anything
Your ENTIRE team can escape anything
Catching anyone in the jungle means certain death
Control over All Neutral buffs
Pushed lanes become easy ganks
All gold from dragon and Baron

Cons:
Very little exp considering your sharing it with all your teammates
Your lanes get pushed HARD&FAST unless you know how to roam and defend correct
Team fights will be hard
1v1's of any sort will be hard as well

Roaming 5 Man Ganks

You will want to constantly be sweeping lanes for the exp kills and defense. If you do it correctly the pushing of your turrets should be delayed somewhat a little more than free pushing. With 5 people you should be able to kill champions two levels over becasue there are five of you.

EXP CRISIS!!!!

If you find that the exp crisis is RIDICULOUS and your WAY too under leveled it would be a good point to split up into jungle groups. Like in two groups of Two and Three or a solo jungler and two groups of two. This was you actually stay somewhat in the competition. Also having different jungle parties allow you to be everywhere at once and be able to converge onto a lane like a spider web trap. Also if you are getting low leveled remember you having to dominate both jungles! Everyone on the team except one person should have a buff. Example of Convergent Ganks below.

Walkthrough

This is a very important part of the guide and is needed for overall instruction. As seen above the designated Jungle Tank starts out with a cloth armour and health pots. If you feel however you kill the minions too fast buy a ward instead and use that to your benefit instead of early game health pots.

EDIT!!!!!!!
I just played two games with this build and the movement speed isn't the essential key factor in the process and team comp its stuns!!! Crowdcontrol effects, anything that slows, stuns, fears, supresses, obstructs!!! They are needed. We actually got first blood both games and at least one of us went positive. I recommend Jungle groups instead because the exp was just atrociously low. Spilt your team into two really fast non-mana-reliant junglers and three semi-fast mana-reliant junglers. Then reference to my convergent gank map picture above. You get dragon at 5 minutes, baron at 15. Also i realized since were not going for speed anymore, you can build either that zeals, [!!!!But still get boots of swiftness or mobility!!!!]. Thats all for now, im hella tired...
