you don't need the increased buff duration mastery on mundo. junglers and casters take that mastery because they NEED blue buff to be efficient, blue buff is mostly useless on mundo (which is another reason on a long list of why mundo shouldn't jungle).
Thats what makes mundo a good jungler, He doesnt need the blue buff to jungle! He can give the blue buff to his AP carry right at the start for better laning phase!
i'd rather have a mundo in lane then jungle on high elo games.
