Hi ty for u comment but ths is only a fun giude i make it because i play so often vs over fed ability power heros and so i fast with veigar and only use ultimate, and if i lucky i survive this.

a)why sheen?/lichbane?

again why? your aim is to last hit with baleful strike and get you AP up.i agree that lich bane might give you a few good hits but if that is the case then it would late game not that early game. early game you need mana to last hit/harass and even if you only stick to last hit your mana pool isnt enough as it is

b)why boots of mobility?

i mean you can stun people so even with regular boots not to mention sorcer's boots you can get away while being changed plus you can charge when you are suppose to attack

c) event horrizon leveled last?
i mean 1.5 secs isnt enough, imagine enemy tank having mercury's....you are dead that's right

d)poor description

e) read baleful's strike description!
you dont have to last enemy champions with it in order to get the ability power this can happen if the enemy hero dies by ANY source of damage (of course veigar's damage that is)

f) yes i have a veigar build also, and yes i like to check the "competition" i have +1 voted good work but this is not one of them.
