Why would you discount Teemo? He is a perfect partner for you, as you can shield and heal him, therefore negating his squishiness, and this will do wonders for his poking. But otherwise decent guide :)

Decent guide, man. As an advocate for "Positive Karma" (pun intended) I think this guide will help quite a few people out. Also, I wrote a guide on building a Karma AP/CDR build, but completely forgot to mention what champions to lane with, and which summoner spells would be most effective with Karma on a global basis. 10/10 :3

As for the Spirit Visage, It IS a Viable item especially early Game. although with the Nerf to Just about all CDR items it only give 10% CDR.

As for the WotA, its Not Just for Supporting mages, its good for ANY champ that Does Magic Damage. Such as Katarina,and any tank,(malphite,Cho'Gath, Etc...)

Both are Decent items Spirit Visage is great Because its easy to rush early on fo a Small Cost.

Also I agree with Spirit Visage being an extremely viable item for Karma. It's a highly underrated item that is extremely useful on any healing champion.

I have Mana and mana regen runes on my caster rune page and had, even with the archangel staff, constant mana problems up until around level 7 or so. I find that if you want to heal enough early game you need Clarity.
All-in-all definitely NOT a bad build, but lower-level players will find it hard to use due to a lack of runes. You should work to make your build more viable for low to mid level players. I wish this site used a grading system, I would give your build a B- (better than most attempts at support to caster builds)...
