Okay, I see, the Glyphes are too much CDR, think I didn't count them when I was calculating the CDR :D. I changed them for Glyph of Force, because at lvl 6 they are better than the Glyphs of Potency and i don't think it's a long time for lvl 6. For the Masteries, I'll try some other combinations, but I think, i wouldn't chance too much, because you rarly get your stacks on Mejais up to 20, even if you support well and get much assists. Thats why I didn't count it for the CDR, its the early Ap boost for your heal. So if i did my calculations right this time, i could take two points of Intelligence (then the CDR would be maxed) and one point of Greed. Expended Mind was my choice for the points I left,too(Expanded Mind: 1/4) so i would put them there, too. Thx for your Comment, criticism and the vote :)

Good build for maxing CDR, but I think you over shot it a bit. You may want to consider Glyphs of Potency or MR Glyphs instead of the CDR ones because you will be maxed out with CDR with your item build + matery points in Sorcery (38% is good enough). Also you might want to move your points in Intelligence into Expanded Mind, or some other mastery. Those won't help because you will be maxed out with CDR already. Greed isnt a very good Mastery, after 30 minutes, it will have accumulated 180 gold, which is like 6-9 minions. Other than a few mastery changes and runes, this build looks fine, +1 from me.
