Hello, and welcome to my first guide on Moba. ***** If you read nothing else, look at gameplay, and please don't downvote until you at least TRY IT, if you have a problem with items, masteries, runes, they're all explained in their respective sections ****** In this guide, I will display MY PERSONAL take on a champion who is often regarded as the "worst" champion in this game. All I can really say in response to these claims is, you can think any champion is the "worst" when you do horrible with them the first time and never revisit them. Anyways, take a look at this guide, and, it being my first guide it will most likely not be the best guide ever, or the most organized, most colorful, etc. but I will do my best to get my point across effectively (excuse any spelling/grammar mistakes).
I see all these guides on Moba for Karma, they are pretty much ALL support. I feel this is kind of ridiculous because of Karma's damage potential. If you've ever even looked at her AP Scaling on her spells, and the damage they provide at max rank, you'll know why this is how I play her. I, as a LoL player, am very aggressive. What does this mean? I build pretty much every character AP/AD. As a person, I'm very attention-*****-y-ish. I want to stick out as being the "WOW Original" guy. When I saw how much hate Karma was getting, I knew I had to make her work for me, which wasn't too hard. ***** I play Karma as a nuking support. *****
Go bot, and go with a melee character, either with a dash, or a stun, (Xin, Sion, Taric, are all good choices). You do this because you can nuke hard and keep your lane partner alive with a mantra charged sheild. This will help you get first kill because you can get insane damage output with your burst.
Passive - Low Hp = More Ap. simple.
Heavenly Wave - Cone damage nuke, heals when charged. Use it to poke, use it get kills. Not too hard of a skill, its common sense, easy peasy. That was simple. Prepare for an eye sore.
Spirit Bond - what an ability. It can slow, and damage people. A common way to use this is put it on someone and walk back and forth to cath people in the tether. This works, but theres multiple uses. The enemy melee person who dives into your team is a good one. You get the slow, but also, he's gotta run sometime when he realizes his mistake, and where will he run to? Behind his team, to safety. What this means for you, is you just damaged, and slowed their carries. GJ, you also probally helped your team get a kill on him because the slow is pretty good, too. Now, you're 5v4, against the slowed squishies who are missing a few bars. So you kill them. 9 seconds later, they run. What do you do? Use it whoever is about to be ******ed and tower dive, get them in faster, out faster. Good stuff.
Soul Sheild - What can I say? This will honeslty be your bread, to your heavenly wave butter. this is why you laned with the Xin, when he Audaciously charges into both of the enemies, you press r, press e, click Xin, and get a double kill. And while he cries about how you just ksed him, remind him about how you saved his life. This skill is what makes me love Karma. You can ks SO much with this skill. You should really only use this for offense by mantra charging it, and this is all I use mantra for, really. I only use it non-mantra charged when I'm running away with little health, because her passive will pretty much give you a whole new HP bar, colored in silver, though.
Mantra - Few uses, Nuke with sheild, or heal, thats about it. I use this for offense with sheild, or defense with heal. I really only use it for heals when all is calm in the lane because the charge I used on the soul sheild blew up the enemies and they had to B. They heal isn't that impressive, compared to the sheild.
