This is the usual thing, if you thing the enemies have a big amount of phisical dmg (Or if Mid is AD)Is your choise.

If you think you need extra HP or maybe the enemies are way too fast

You need MR or want a big amount of dmg against low magic def

If you know that you will kick some buttsat early phase, like after the first 3 kills, is the perfect choise because you are pretty hard to kill as this vanilla style ninja
