No mana on AP Kassadin fails. Seriously, get a couple RoA and an Archangel's. It'll put you behind a good 150 or so AP, but all the mana and health very, very easily makes up for it. More mana and health means you can actually use your damage a lot longer and be more aggressive. Also, you're able to use your ults to zoom around the map when you have lots of mana.
Also - flash is a terrible spell choice on Kassadin. His ult is already a flash pretty much. I got it a couple games on Kassadin and ended up using it only like twice all game lolol. I would recommend getting Exhaust or Cleanse instead.
Guide needs to be updated, I've experimented with Lich Bane and its a lot better than an extra rabadons. Also this build is for an extreme nuke, I do fine with lower mana because after I kill someone I generally get home or continue laning. Because of his damage output at a low level champions often run from him keeping his health tidy :) At level 18 mana is very easy to regain, a basic hit on a champion regenerates 60 mana. On a minion 20 mana, theres no real need for all this extra mana when using it on AP to burst other champions is what I use Kassadin for :)
Game before I had nearly full build and scored a 12/1/9 so it definitely works :D

couple things, and these are my opinions of course. I am completely against stacking rabadon's deathcap. My reasoning being that their passives do not stack, and although they give great amounts of ap, the price of them are not worth their benefits. Another thing that i am concerned with is the lack of mana in this build. You will be able to cast about 2 sets of skills and you will be oom, rendering you useless. You are correct in the fact that you will be doing ridiculous amounts of damage, but with the amount of mana you have you won't be able to deal out that damage for more than a few seconds, and you will be so squishy that you will be lucky if you don't get focused and killed before you get a chance to deal damage. These are the things that bother me the most, however your guide and descriptions of things are great, especially since this guide is for low lvls, it really helps. If the rabadon's deathcap thing works for you, than by all means do it. Keep the guide's coming man, and have fun playing league.
Thanks for the helpful criticism mate, I might even start going for a new build because mana is proving to be a hassle :( Although I am a very big fan of my AP!
One thing I do find annoying with this build is I'm beginning to use it for other AP casters when really I should be focusing on Unique Actives and health/mana buffs. In a ranked game, this build would be stupid so I need to break out of the habit of using it lol.
