Hello everyone ,I am kalaj1234 and im lvl 27 in league of legends (lvl 27 at the moment)
and im here to show you a good build for Katarina which involves both Attack Damage and Ability Power but mostly attack damage.I hope you like my guide and please vote it good or bad.

VORACITY(passive):
After a kill or an assist, Katarina gains 25 gold and her cooldowns are reduced by 15 seconds.

PERSONAL NOTES:this is the passive that will help you not only spam you ulti a lot but your other
skills as well.



1ST SKILL,BOUNCING BLADE:
Katarina throws a dagger that bounces from enemy to enemy, dealing magic damage. Each subsequent hit deals 10% less damage.
Range: 600

Cooldown: 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 / 7 seconds

Maximum Bounces: 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6

Magic Damage: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+0.8 per bonus Attack Damage AND +0.35 per Ability Power)

PERSONAL NOTES:This is your main harassing skill, it will help you a lot early game and it
will also help you a lot end game.

TIP:If you are against multiple opponents use "Killer Instincts" then throw the dagger and
all of the champions that come in contact with the dagger will eat full damage from it
instead of less.






2ND SKILL ,KILLER INSTINCTS:
(Passive): Katarina's abilities with a damage ratio and auto-attacks deal additional damage.

(Active): Katarina's next ability gain a bonus effect:
Bouncing Blade: For every target it hits, will deal full damage and apply 50% healing reduction for 10 seconds. OR
shumpo: Katarina will take reduced damage from enemy attacks for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds

Damage Increase: 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 / 24

Damage Reduction: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %

PERSONAL NOTES:Well,this skill is pretty useful,it can help with either damaging all opponents
with Bouncing Blade or reduce the incoming damage after a shumpo which will give you an opportunity to kill




3RD SKILL,SHUMPO:
Katarina moves to her target's location. If the target is an enemy, she deals magic damage.
Range: 700

Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds

Damage Increase: 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 / 24

Damage Reduction: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %

PERSONAL NOTES:I personally like this skill A LOT because not only it lets you position yourself
in the right spot for an ulti but in also helps you chase enemies and hit all enemies with bouncing blade at its full power.AND it gives bonus damage to your skills,what else you need!






4TH,ULTIMATE SKILL,DEATH LOTUS:
Katarina goes into a state of extreme focus, throwing many daggers at the 3 closest enemy champions in 2.6 seconds.

Area of Effect: 550
Daggers Thrown: 30 (Max per Champion: 10)

Magic Damage: 50 / 65 / 80 (+0.5 per bonus Attack Damage AND +0.25 per Ability Power) per dagger

Cooldown: 60 / 55 / 50 seconds


PERSONAL NOTES:This skill is just amazing,it can give you a double kill and even a triple kill
,only thing to watch out for is not to die or get interrupted during your ulti (stuns,snares,disables etc..)

TIP:Best way to use this skill is to activate killer instincts then use shumpo to an enemy champion and activate ultimate ,this way you wont die during the ultimate
(about 90% of the times) and after the ultimate you can still kll someone if you have spare
life points

I run full attack damage runes because auto attacks dont have cooldown ;) and also Katarina's
ulti scales better with AD than AP so thats why i run full AD runes ,oh one note ,Mobafire for
some akward reason doesnt have the seals that give 0,43 AD so i had to put the ones that max at lvl 18 but dont buy those buy the Greater Seal of Strenght

MARKS: 9x Greater Mark Of Strength
SEALS: 9x Greater Seal Of Strength
GLYPHS: 9x Greater Glyph Of strength
QUINTESSENCES:3x Greater Quintessences Of Strength

I run full offensive masteries ,the one i use is 27-0-3 with all masteries in offense except "Plentiful Bounty","Offensive Mastery","Improved Rally" and i also use 3 points in utility "Good Hands" in case i die a couple of times

My item build is like this

AD item->AP item->AD item->AP item and so on

so what you should get:
for start you get a Dorans Blade then you farm till you get 1100 g to buy Sorcerers boots,after
you complete the boots buy two "Long swords" or directly buy the "Brutalizer" if you have the money,after that go for Guinsoo's Rageblade,then complete Youmuu's Ghostblade,then go for the hextech gunblade,after you complete it go for the bloodthirster which is the last item.

Item explanations:

Doran's Blade:Pretty nice start,this item is taken to make the bouncing blade harassing with more damage.

Sorcerers Boots:I chose those boors instead of Berserker's Greaves cause all of your skills
scale with ability power and attack damage so it would be good to give a little penetration to your skills since you will have more attack damage.

Brutalizer:Well the damage it gives for such a small prize is pretty good and you have a bonus 15 armor penetration witch means +15 dmg in fact so it is really useful to have.

Guinsoo's Rageblade:This Item is really good for katarina,it gives both AD adn AP which katarina needs ,and apart from that with every hit or spell she uses her attack speed and ability power are further increased for some seconds.

Youmuu's Ghostblade:A much better version of The Brutalizer but with a fixed amount of critical strike chance of 18%(15%+2% from masteries) and also when you activate the item
you can easily take down a tower in seconds so its really good to have.

Hextech gunblade:This item is really good for katarina as well because it gives both AD and AP .also it gives a 300 dmg blast a slow and the same time.

Bloodthirsters:Well,i dont really need to explain a lot here ,60 dmg and 15% lifesteal and if you keep killing minions and champions the dmg and lifesteal will grow even higher and that 60 dmg you take really boosts your ultimate and all the other skills.

If you ask yourself why i take only 1 time shumpo is that ,bouncing blades can deal more damage that shumpo and also have less cooldown and scale with both AD and AP .Shumpo on the other hand is only good for the teleport it provides and not that much for the damage.

I take Exhaust and Ignite ,the reason why i dont take flash is because i have shumpo to teleport to enemies and minions and it also has bigger range than flash so it pretty much
self explanatory
