First off, let me say this build is achievable. I have gotten up to 24,444 gold in a ranked game (Have Screenshot). But even if you cannot finish the entire build, it will constantly carry you throughout the entire game as far as damage for killing and pushing creeps/towers.

Masteries: I chose masteries for defensive purposes, same go for runes.

Runes: Offensive on reds of course, because you do need magic penetration. Yellow Armor (Seen Chauster do this as well as Elementz and many other elite players so I just copied it.) Magic resist x 6 for late game, and 3 early game just to add a little bit of edge on survivability especiall for early game spammers.

Spells: I chose ghost and ignite, one for chasing, two for finishing off low health opponents. Since you will not need exhaust because the Hextech Gunblade's Clicky Effect is a free exhaust + 10% more slow, minus the blind.

The combo for every attack should go as following: Shunpo in, Hextech Click, Ult, While Ult'ing ignite opponent. As the opponent reaches edge of ultimate's range, toss Bouncing Blade. If that doesn't finish them off, then Ghost, persue and Shunpo/Bouncing Blade till they are dead. But with this devastating combo, I have only had very few tanks, nothing else lower then a tank, get away alive. The burst damage is too much for Dps's/Ap's to handle. Once you get it down, it should be one smooth motion fluid motion, and your good as gold. You will travel the fields of justice unopposed for many games to come.
