Sorry, but I am going to have to be pretty blunt. This build is very.. very dumb. You have no need for executioners calling; Kat does that already; not to mention you already have ignite; you are way over doing it. Also hybrid Kat's are okay at best. You do more DMG from your ulti if you do AD, and your magical blades will do more DMG if you are AD too. Also life steal applies to her ulti. Not to mention Malady is a nooby item, it screams I am not a team player, Starks > Malady. But having AP means you do an OK shunpo DMG, and your Ulti is doing less than it could..

IMHO, I'd switch out the Ignite Mastery for the Final Defense Mastery, 10AP over +4%DEF isn't enough to warrant getting the IgniteM in my opinion.
