Magic penetration (spell pen) is a great stat on Katarina in my opinion. The problem is that Liandry's Torment which is the only item that grants flat spell pen (excluding Sorcerer's Shoes does not synergize with Katarina's skillset/kit and is very expensive. She is a burst assassin, so the %HP shred dot and only 50 ap for 3k gold really isn't worth it. Luden's Tempest is a better option.

You really need to use colours in your guide aswell (don't overuse them) to prevent them from looking dull. For example.

Pros: 1. very mobile 2. Deals massive amounts of damage 3. Good at "cleaning up" after teamfights when low health enemies try to run away 4. If played correctly can bully enemies out of lane to start snowballing Cons: 1. Very squishy 2. Very susceptible to CC (it ruins your ult and enemies will spam cc you till you die) 3. High risk-High reward champ if you get behind you'll have a Hell of a time recovering 4. Only had 1 means of escape (shunpo) so think carefully before using it

Pros 1. Lots of Mobility 2. Area of Effect Damage 3. Strong Teamfighter 4. Decent In-lane safety.

Cons 1. Squishy 2. Susceptible to CC 3. High Risk High Reward 4. Only 1 Escape

Tbh you should archive this guide until you finished it or either learned how to code. There is a lot of room for improvement. And Liandry's isn't core in my opnion. I think spell pen isn't so good on her because of her base damage on spells. Some are even AD. I would put it into situational items.
