I disagree with many things;

You have Void Staff in your Defensive item list. I'm sorry, am I missing something?
You got Haunting Guise as a core item, you later on sold it. That prevents you from snowballing to your potential.
In the Pros section, you said "Great harrassment with her Q". Yet you completed maxing it by level 14.
You are using Bouncing Blades wrong.

How are you going to proc the second part of Bouncing Blades?
Add optional runes for your marks. Not everyone will agree with Greater Mark of Attack Damage. When you're a melee champion in mid lane. Auto attacking will be hard.

First of all, you spelt careful wrong. I'm fine with that. Second of all, Wild Cards are not a disable.
Your Table of Contents is very inaccurate. You forgot to add some sections, and Chapter III does nothing.
I don't really agree with the order you max your skills. However, that is your choice, and not mine.
Add more starter item options.
You have Glyph of Ability Power in your cheat sheet. But in the Runes section, you put in Glyph of Scaling Ability Power.
