Introduction

Yo! I'm Breezehhh. I am a Katarina main and I have decided to make a guide on her .. mainly because I was bored :D

So, why Katarina? Well, she is the 'clean up queen' as such, all squishies on the enemy team will be one shot and by she gets resets for every kill or assist she picks up (assuming the enemy was damaged by Katarina in the last 3 seconds) which means she will be able to jump to the next target and hopefully pick up another kill, or she can shunpo away for an easy escape from a recent kill.

are great for because she deals mostly magic damage to the enemy.

Glyphs

are also really good for because she will often be up against a high ap-burst champion midlane for example and the magic resistance will help make that little bit tankier

Seals

are amazing for because she can be extremely squishy with little health as you will be often playing her full-ap to deal maximum damage. The extra health can help a lot in the long run.

Quintessences

give an extra sum of Ability Power which can be really effective in the early game to give a little bit more damage to out-trade your opponent.

Items

I believe this is a great item as it provides insane burst damage to and also provides her with a little more movement speed.

An amaazing late-game item as it allows you to become immune to all attacks for a short period of time. This can allow teammates time to catch up after you have just engaged a teamfight and dealt a lot of damage to your enemies, your team can help clean up while you take no damage and the clean up queen takes action.

A good item overall as it provides movement speed as well as cooldown reduction which desperately needs for her insanely long cooldowns.

A really good item vs AP champions and also champions with hard cc, reduce the effect of CC and also provide with some magic resist.

This is a good item as it provides with 100 Ability power, along with 400 health and the ability to slow the enemy on hit.

Absolutely a must-buy on because she is a full AP champion and the % AP increase will effect her stats immensely.

A really good item to get if the enemy is stacking magic resistance as this allows to pull through to her full potential

A must-buy when laning vs a high AP champion as it gives the magic resist along with some ability power.

I always max my Q first because that is where the bulk of your burst damage comes from with the mark, the first 2 points go in to Q and E because Q gives you an easy way to harass early and an early Q-E combo makes some good damage, and you can also easily escape enemy skillshots at only level 2.

Spells

is something to always take on who is a champion who is heavily reliant on mobility

is a spell to take when you feel that you have lots of kill potential in your lane

can be used if you don't think you have much kill potential in lane and want to apply pressure on other lanes or for easy tp-ganks bot/top. This also makes roaming much easier.

Farming

Farming early game with can be quite difficult as you have to get close to the target to auto attack it, you can harass your enemy laner away with Q to help you farm and keep your enemy away from your minions.

Late game, has no problem with farming as a simple W will take out most minions in the surrounding area.
