It's a good build although i prefer to get Nashor tooth before the Hextech, Because i believe it adds up more stats earlier. And i also agree on the magic resist, Its really good! Since u can backoff Melee's and once a spellcaster comes You stacked your Magic resist, so NP bro.
I also prefer to put 9 more points in defense for the extra magic resist. And other defensive stats.
One thing i dont agree with is, Where is clarity? Clarity is REALLY useful in early games. Makes u control lanes longer! Ignite is good cause of its mastery and Healing reduce. But really leave the exhausting to ur partners. Just slow em down with ur Q spell.
