Greetings, this build is for
Kayle, the Judicator, focusing on pure burst damage and support.
The key to this build are the items combined with her abilities. The
Youmuu's Ghostblade when activated increases your attack speed by 50%, and your movement speed by 20%, and the
Guinsoo's Rageblade increases attack speed and damage based on stacks, which are accumulated by using abilities or landing successful hits.
When you combine
Kayle's ability Righteous Fury, with those two items, you create an extremely deadly combo that can nuke anyone within a moderate distance.
I have added a list of optional items to mix and match with, see below for details.

1. Begin by casting Divine Blessing on yourself for the movement speed buff.
2. Move into range to cast your Reckoning on your opponent, doing an initial burst of damage, and slowing them.
3. Then activate Righteous Fury and begin auto attacking him.
(If you have Youmuu's Ghostblade use it simultaneously with Righteous Fury)
4. Use Exhaust on your enemy to prevent them from fleeing, and discouraging them from doing any damage in return.
5. Recast Divine Blessing on yourself to continue chasing your enemy down.
6. Recast Reckoning on him to re-slow, and most likely finish off your opponent.
Exhaust provides the necessary tool to prevent enemies from escaping early on, thus creating a realistic opportunity for a First Blood! There's nothing more frustrating than an enemy getting away with less than 100 hit points! It also adds the additional protection you may need against a rival carry via the 3 second blind. With the additional point spent in the mastery, combined with your Reckoning ability, your opponent will begin taking a lot of extra damage.
Clarity really provides the necessary mana regen you will need to really dish out the damage, healing, and blessings early on. It also provides a nice little surprise to your enemies who may think your useless when oom. I highly recommend it due to how useful it really is. Also, it really helps anyone your laning with too.
[RECKONING](Active): Blasts a target, dealing magic damage and slowing its movement speed by 25% for 4 seconds. While the target is slowed, Kayle inflicts increased damage to the target.
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Cost: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 Mana
Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+0.8 per Ability Power)
Increased Damage Taken: 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16%
This particular spell is her primary nuke/control ability. You want to initiate the fight with this ability, and as soon as you see it fly through the air proc your Righteous Fury and begin dropping your opponent down. Because it lowers their movement speed up to 25%, and increases the amount of damage they take from you, this ability really is nasty.
[DIVINE BLESSING](Active): Blesses a target allied champion, healing them and increasing their movement speed by 12% for 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 Mana
Healing: 65 / 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 (+0.5 per Ability Power)
This ability is very useful, now as the build showed I only get 1 point in it early and wait until the end of the game due to the fact that leveling it up doesn't really benefit you as much as the other abilities do. Now the best feature about this ability is that increases your movement speed. I spam this ability on myself to get around, along with popping it on an ally to rush in.
[RIGHTEOUS FURY](Active): Kayle's attacks strike at range for base physical damage plus some extra magic damage. These attacks splash, dealing a percent of the damage to enemies near her target. This splash damage does not affect turrets. Lasts 10 seconds.
Cost: 65 Mana
Extra Damage: 4 / 10 / 16 / 22 / 28 (+0.3 per Ability Power)
Splash Damage Percentage: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 %
Cooldown: 22 / 21 / 20 / 19 / 18 seconds
This really is the coolest ability of Kayle's. It makes all of her attacks ranged, do splash damage, and increases her damage by her ability power. The range is absolutely insane, and the coolest thing is you can not see its projectile, thus making it really easy to be sneaky and burst someone down.
[INTERVENTION](Active): Bathes Kayle's target in a holy light, rendering them immune to all damage for a few seconds.
Cost: 100 / 75 / 50 Mana
Cooldown: 90 / 75 / 60 seconds
Duration: 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds
Her ultimate is a great tool, in my opinion only selfish players save it, and use it on themselves, I recommend using it on either your tank, or one of your carries. One of the best people to cast it on is Tryndamere. You wanna talk imbalance, watch what a good timed cast of Intervention, stacked with Tryndameres ultimate, and laugh while their team go squish. AGAIN, DO NOT SAVE THIS JUST FOR YOURSELF, use it on the person who is taking the most damage at the beginning of a fight to waste the first few seconds, giving your team the advantage.
+25% Attack Speed
UNIQUE: Enhanced Movement 2
I have chosen Berserker's Greaves as my primary form of movement due to it's additional attack speed bonus. This really comes in handy, especially early on. The faster you attack, the more damage you do, the more farming you can do etc. Feel free to swap out for Mercury's Treads if they have a heavy magic damage, or crowd control based team. It depends on your play style for the most part.
+22.5 Health Regen/5 sec.
+10 Mana Regen/5 sec.
PASSIVE: Gain an additional 5 gold every 10 seconds.

The philosopher's stonePhilosopher's Stone is a neat gold producing, mana regen / health regen item I like to get early on in conjunction with the Avarice Blade to help farm, and keep things moving. I typically hang onto it until i'm ready to purchase a Banshee's Veil.

+15% Critical Strike Chance
UNIQUE: 15% Cooldown Reduction and +20 Armor Penetration.
UNIQUE: Gives 20% movement speed and +50% attack speed for 4 seconds. Attacking enemy units with melee attacks increases the duration by 2 to a maximum of 8 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

The Youmuu's Ghostblade is the one of the primary items in this build. As mentioned above, when activated this item greatly increases your attack speed, movement speed, and comes equipped with armor penetration and crit chance. It works absolutely perfect with Righteous Fury. It really is a shame that more Kayle builds don't include this. After all when using Righteous Fury you want to get in as many attacks as you can before the buff wears off. This item also adds 15% of the 40% cooldown reduction this build has.

PASSIVE: On attack, increases your Attack Speed by 4% and Ability Power by 6. Lasts 5 seconds (stacks up to 8 times).

Every Kayle build should include a Guinsoo's Rageblade for it adds attack damage, ability power, and attack speed. It really is an all in one item, and Kayle really benefits from it. According to stat value calculation, this item is the most cost efficient item in the game, when you have all 8 stacks!! Not to mention, the Youmuu's Ghostblade, when activated will instantly get you to the full stacks. What a sick combo!!

Second to last, the Nashor's Tooth is how I like to bring things to a new level. This little baby adds an amazing amount of attack speed, more ability power, and yes lowers your cooldowns by 25% of the 40% this build has!!!. What great way to add some finishing touches to this build, plus the cost isn't too bad either!

UNIQUE: 25% chance on hit to slow the target by 35% for 2.5 seconds; on cast, increases your base Attack Damage by 130% for one attack.

The Trinity Force is a great item to add to this build. Because Kayle benefits from both attack damage, and ability power this little item really helps Kayle out. Plus it adds a ton of stats; health, mana, attack speed, crit chance, movement speed etc. Oh and it's passive abilities are amazing!! Now as much as I like the Trinity Force, I occasionally swap it out for an Infinity Edge for it's raw damage output, crit chance, and all around amazingness! =)

UNIQUE - Blocks one negative spell every 30 seconds.

You will trade in the philosopher's stonePhilosopher's Stone for the Banshee's Veil. This item provides a wonderful amount of mana, health, and magic resistance. Plus it blocks an entire negative spell that could have prevented you from getting that heal off, or making someone invulnerable. If you feel that you won't benefit from the Banshee's Veil, try swapping it out for a Guardian Angel. This item provides an amazing amount of armor, magic resistance, and the ability to revive after dying. This really helps because in a lot of fights your opponents should focus you down, thus preventing you from using your abilities. However if you revive, you can still get off your healing, bubble, etc.
I highly recommend playing with some sort of tank with a good stun, aoe stun/slow, or taunt ability. Without having those types of abilities you will be focused down quickly due to your ability to dish out a lot of damage. The following below are examples of who you should try to group up! Ps. Amumu is by far the best teammate a Kayle can have! Also, making sure you have a deadly carry on your team is extremely neceasasary, for they will be the first target on your enemies list, and with Intervention you can pretty much guarantee they won't get your carry down before you take theirs down. =)
Amumu is awesome to team with, he can bandage in, and then aoe stun / aoe damage, as soon as he goes in, activate Righteous Fury, locate their carry, and send a Reckoning bomb and watch him/her drop! As soon as Amumu begins taking a lot of damage cast Intervention on him and rinse, repeat!
Again an example of when & where to use your ultimate, as soon as twitch destealths and begins to Spray & Pray, you will immediately want to cast your ultimate Intervention on him, thus preventing any damage done to him.
