Constructive critism:

• Make an apart section for Pros and Cons.
• Use columns, Line separators and some extra color.
• The boots sections has to be smaller , you might want to give some extra advice or info.
• Change summary to Closing statements.

Thanks for having a look :), I had forgotten about masteries completely when it came to CDR So i will add a section for boot choices as well as a section for masteries.

when it comes to the glyphs i have changed them to CDR runes But do you mean change the marks to AP as well instead of mpen?

At first sight:

- Spelling/Coding errors
- Well over 40 % CDR, I recommend not buying Ionian Boots of Lucidity ( Berserker's Greaves, Mercury's Treads, Sorcerer's Shoes and Boots of Swiftness are all better).
- Glyphs are not that good, I recommend to buy 6 % CDR and the rest AP.
- Where is the mastery section?

For the rest it looks pretty decent :)
