Ghost is pretty redundant on rammus, you already have powerball. Flash is the strongest spell for rammus.

I would suggest lowering the Icon size in the 'build' section and enlarge them in the 'Match-Up' Section :D

Also with not maxing your E, this may hurt you in terms of chasing enemies, but against many enemies who have good escapes, you may not be able to get them with the taunt. The only time I would max the taunt second is if you are against an ability power top laner (exception Teemo Kayle because of auto attack damage).

No tenacity on Rammus is not a bad idea considering you do damage from your Soaring Slam and Defensive Ball Curl even if you are CCed, plus with your Powerball you can cover ground onto the enemy adc. You are going to want to be as tanky and have as high dps possible at the expense of a bit of utility.

No Tenacity on Rammus is a stupid idea, you have three options for starting items and one of them is 'Starting Items 4', skill order is wrong (max E second; it's CC), Tenacious > Juggernaut . Also, mention Ghost as an option over Flash, and Teleport over Barrier / Ignite.
