READ THIS.. IT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING****

So, i thought i would make a Kennen build that i found most useful, i think this build works really well, as odd as it may be, so give it a shot!

REASONING*

Pros:
- He is a great, great chaser
- He can use all of his skills to deal a good amount of damage
- His ult can stun up to three people
- Best **** disturber in the game :)

Cons:
- Squishy early
- Damage output isn't very high
- is more of a support than a caster/dps

Summoner Spells:

Ghost: Kennen is not only a really squishy character, but a strong chaser because of lightning rush. If you need to get OUT, or get INTO a fight, you can activate ghost in sync with lightning rush to move ALOT faster.

Ignite: My reasoning for ignite is so that 1, you lower the magic resist on the target which is HUGE, but 2, it helps you finish off people after the mark stunned them early game when your damage output isnt too high

CORE ITEMS:

Early Game:

First Items: Boots of Speed + 2 Health Pots

Pick up your boots of speed and MAKE SURE YOU LANE. Grab shuriken as your first skill and start using it, alot. Start harassing enemies with it by adding marks on their heads, or using it to last hit creeps. You are not farm dependant but it does help. As a second skill grab electrical surge. You want to interchange between shuriken and surge to start early lane ganks from your stuns. A good combo to this would be any burst damage chars, even garen when he comes out (the spin). Start using lighting rush to go into fights, but DO NOT initiate. THAT WOULD BE BAD. You are squishy you don't want to initiate fights, go in after.
Go back and finish your boots into either boots of swiftness or sorc/berzerkers and then start on your guinsoo's. The point of the guinsoo is to stack attack speed and ap for your skills.

Mid Game:

If all goes well you should have your Guinsoo's by now, and be working on the malady. This will give you attack speed. Now you ask: "yo heat, why not go damage". Well if you noticed, electrical surge gives you damage, and with your stuns it lets you get a LOT of shots off, you want the attack speed early. Also dont forget to shoot shuriken for extra stacks! Again you are supposed to be a **** disturber not do epic amounts of damage. After this you want to start working on the stinger not only for attack speed but also the cooldowns help!

Late game:

At this point your build will probably be at the Last Whisper/Bloodthirster stage. If you want to do some more damage pick up an IE instead of a bloodthirster. I only go IE if they have squishy chars because in this case, your stuns combined with some heavy infinity edge damage. Holy ****... >.< **** disturber much? :)
Polish off the nashors for the extra attack speed/higher CD reduction and so that your spells hit a bit harder. Use your ulti to stun WHOLE teams.. Great// Gg
