Hmm, I personally think this guide should be the #1 Kennen guide, at least on the Top 10. >.< Slow and steady wins the race I suppose.

Anyway, if people are so strongly against Mejai's, recommend building a Hextech Revolver in its place. It costs slightly less and will give Kennen unbeilevable sustain, due to not giving t2o poops about Mana.

Have you tried a hybrid build for Kennen?

I'm now going to talk about how I think each build could get better
BUILD 1
Very solid but I would suggest building Will of Ancients before Lich Blade due to the fact you get Spell Vamp and can survive and do potentially more damage that way
BUILD 2
Normal build for Kennen moving on.
BUILD 3
Time to get into these weird builds I can see this working out but as of now I have not tried out this specific one, I did however make a pseudo-build for Kennen being tanky and it worked out because everyone tried to focus me being as Kennen is generally squishy and they just got destroyed.
BUILD 4
AD/AS has always interested me but it doesn't seem very viable due to the fact that AS only matters on his W's passive and it just lets him fade out in the Nuking side which is quite sad as he's really good at it.

I'm just wondering, have you tried an AS/AP Hybrid? I've heard it works out very nice.

Hmmm, let's see...hybrid builds...
IMO, an auto attack kennen needs to have survivability in a team fight, and since he is ranged and most ranged carries don't stand in the middle of 5 people, his kit really contradicts being ad or as. In theory, you should be able to stun everyone around you while you just destroy their helpless bodies, but everyone knows the world is far from perfect. I'll work on a hybrid build and maybe add it in during the weekend if it works well. Too bad I cant test it in ranked, those people don't appreciate that stuff lol.

But so far, my build would probably go like amp tome or shield first, maybe blade or boots. Bloodrazor is core on all AS builds, I'm thinking Lich bane or trinIty force depending on end game ap, GA or zhonyas is a must, and So is rageblade. Gunblade may or may not be core, rabadon if you expect Lich bane and trinity force if you want ad.

Wow, this is a very nice guide. Well thought out and then put into words nicely. The color's are nice, good use of images, and your formatting/organization is good too! I would go more indepth on the section about opponents in lane, maybe add a strategy on how you can beat them, what items to go first if you will face in them in lane, etc. Otherwise, nice guide! +1

Very indepth and detailed. I personally build kennen as build 2, as my main AP carry (Paired with vlad). WIll consider Build 1, going to try out soon
