I have recognized that tank-masteries work actually extremely well on Kennen. Like you probably have seen there aren't any good Kennen-masteries on Utility, except exp and haste. Something like Greed -> Blaah. I like getting 9/21/0 OR 0/21/9. Skill-order is interesting. I'll made some tests with it :) I like that we are getting something special again. When Kennen announced I used to play with Surge as main skill and I was usually best carry in game. Now somehow I play like everyone else and keep harrashing with Shuriken's. Only problem with Surge's is that if you get rooted then you can't do anything else than hit "weak" shuriken's.

Item-build is nice, thought I use Mercury Treads instead of Sorceror's and I take WoA as 1st item. But I like your build a lot. A bit weaker in the start but extremely strong if you get couple kills in start.
