Start off with a dagger this helps a lot if you take w as as your first spell cause you can charge it faster and last hit Easter. Try to stay in lane till you get 850 for Your stinger to build into a tooth. Next item you want to build is rage blade because it helps you near death and has stacking attack speed. After this I get either boots or gunblade, gunblade if I'm having a hard time because it gives you ap as as well as spellvamp and life steal all in one, in mid this means you can just throw a q at the wariths or minons to last hit. If you get banked a lot get the shoes for added speed. After this we are gonna want to skill spam a bit so we got 20 CDR from our tooth 5 from masteries and now 10 from the death fire and a lot of ability remember you use energy throw random as won't hurt. For the lane item I recommend lich bane because you can space your skills a bit allowing energy to come up while still dealing silly damage and stuns, another option is the blade of the ruined king for more life steal attack speed to stun more and destroy towers and more as doe your w passiss.

You will want to charge you w passive before your go in an land it with a passive to add a mark, now use the active on your w to add a second mark, if they are behind minions run in with your e for a stun then use q for damage. If they are to far use your q to stun and e to run close to dish out those autos. By the end of the attack in should be able to do this evey time your skills come off cool down witch makes you a strong lane bully. In team fights feel free to run in with e and r for stunning their whole team, focus on aiming your q w and passive marks of storm onto their biggest damage dealer this pretty much makes the tf an instance win, if the ADC is at range feel free to lock up the ap or tank, I say tank because since he's stunned he either die and make it hunting season till he comes back or won't be able to help while their team is filed apart.

I run 21/0/9 Focusing mainly on Apr as CDR in off and move speed and general help in utiliy. Because... Its Kennan he stuns like no tomorrow might well hurt them while doing IG since they can't really hit you...

For runes I take magic pen because most people have low armor at low levels so why not make it no armor? Ap so you deal more damage while they naked. Gold to help get those items witch everybody wants you to have secretly ( because your save you team mlike 5 times with those stuns :) ) and life steal. In a nutshell fair trade both to 10% while he recalls and lose cs you just keep farming like a boss and now you have level and gold advantage ×-× he so screwed now
