The whole thing about Ghost and Flash is still pretty controversial, some people really like ghost as it means that you'll definitely escape if they don't manage to CC you (It's CD is also a ****load lower \ o /), on the other hand, if you don't flash over a wall, people still could possible catch up with higher base movement speed. But, Flash does allow you to jump over walls and is instantaneous, giving it certain advantages.
Just got to add this, Berserker Greaves are really not going to be very useful on an assassin, you want to be able to get in there, kill someone (or assist in it) and GTFO. I find that the CC reduction on Mercury Treads or the damage reduction that come with Ninja Tabi (against an AD team) to be much more useful... but if you're getting fed, and they have no CC, then I guess Berserker Greaves will work.
Anyways, now that that's through, could you please explain the movement speed quints? I find that I don't like giving up the AD quints, simply because he scales so well, and only with BONUS attack damage.
As for when you talk about evolutions, don't instantly say that evolving his W is completely useless as a ranged slow can really be useful sometimes as well as applying your passive in an AoE (Meaning more damage in general if you manage to hit more than one person)
Other than that, I like your build, except for the early Youmuu's Ghostblade, I find the Brutalizer to be good enough. And you could also add CDR boots to your build, I tried them out the other day and they really do increase his DPS by giving his Q a 2.1 seconds cooldown along with the Brutalizer.
Ill try another boots, just used my build cause i owned all my games
Btw xGuido, I recommend u instead of ghost get flash, in my opinion is better cause u can have ur ult instead of ghost
I have been thinking about CDR boots aswell but I didnt really find them nessecary because I was always able to quickly kill my target and get away without getting attacked :). And those movement speed quintessences, I'd rather have 4.5% more movement speed then I'd have 6-7 AD. Ofc this amount of damage is useful in the early stage of the game, but it will fall off later game. Ofcourse you can take whatever runes you like! This is just to show you guys what I like the most :)!
I didnt call his W completely useless, I just prefer to rank up the E or R after my Q, and here the movement speed quins will come in useful, as they will make you run faster then without. That's just my opinion and ofcourse I understand yours! :)

I guess it works cause i made my own build that is pretty similar it goes like this
Doran's Blade+Berserker Greaves+Brutalizer+Bloodthrister+Youmuu+Maw+Mallet+Guardian angel

Yeah almost the same but a guardian angel :D
gives you some more sustain, which is nice if you are having trouble with taking some damage!

The frozen mallet just gives you the edge in a fight in both lane/teamfights. A dead assassin can't help you.
