The guide is just short and is about the main things. I dont have time to make a big complex guide sry. :(

If 4% CDR is nothing, then 4% AS is nothing either. Besides, Kha'Zix is more reliant on spells than auto-attacks, so the CDR is better.

The build itself is fine, although I prefer going for Tear -> Brutalizer -> CDR Boots before Last Whisper, and I don't really like Maw. The guide itself is really short though, so I suggest you work on it a bit.

Well for me 4% CD is nothing and is a expensive item for early-mid game and is good because of the sustain, but you got sustain from your W early in the game, so pure DMG works better for me.
