I suggest starting the the blue buff. DO NOT go for gromp first or you will not survive blue. Following this, proceed to the enemy's red buff. hopefully you have arrived earlier and as they are about to smite it steal it and kill them. Get your jungle item and mobi boots asap. After that just get objectives and kills and the game should be cake!
