Read this. You can make your Guide quite better. The layout sucks!

• First deactivate Caps lock like Thing of boom said.

• Wrong skil you start with lvl one...your title says "kill before get killed" but with Twilight Shroud you cant kill someone...
  
  
• Why buy Hextech Gunblade 2 times?? the passive is UNIQUE so your second one is USELESS!
  
  
• completely useless masteries, cause you NEVER need attack speed, crit damage or armor penetration woth Akali!!
  
  
• why take runes per level? you start witht lvl1 with 5 AP! that's nothing!!!
  
  
• Akali is not AD-CARRY!! She does more magic damage than Physical Damage!! you spend more money into Attack damage, altought 10 additional AD is enogh for her...maybe one Hextech Gunblade but not 2 and then this Guinsoo's Rageblade --> absolute useless item for Akali!!

try to remake your build...

I'm downvoting, because this also looks like 6 minutes of effort was put into it.

Reasoning:
Totally impractical rune setup
even worse build - stacking rageblade has no point to it, unique passive. Boots of swiftness are terrible on Akali with other boot choices, Gunblade is a good item, but only one, not stacked, better items can go here.
Bad masteries, just impracticle.
Skill order is seemingly random and also impractical
