Q is first, since it does massive damage to camps. W is next because of the cooldown it gives for the Q, and the damage it allows you to do for ganks. Realistically, level 2 is the first level that Kindred can gank. E is next, since it has a slow, which is what really helps the most in ganks. This allows an easy level 3 gank. Maxing W is to allow you to have the Q at 2 second cooldown as often as possible.

The Ultimate is to keep teammates alive, and should not be used unless it can help somebody, as the cooldown is very long.

Kidnred has an amazing jungle clear speed, and can easily wipe out a camp before anybody knows she was there. Taking dragon is only a few seconds once you get a few stacks on the passive, using W to keep Q going often. This makes Kindred a very powerful choice in the jungle, and her abilities to counterjungle and invade some of the strongest in the game.
