Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
In the Plague Jungles, Kong ruled as king. He could wield a unique, natural form of magic and he was driven by zealous ambition. The Plague Jungles were the ideal setting for fostering his growth - he thrived on challenges and flourished in adversity. However, when he had surmounted every obstacle and defeated every opponent, he grew restless. Worried that there was nothing left to overcome, he sought counsel with the monkey sage who lived behind the Grand Waterfall. The sage told him a tale of hairless monkeys to the north who, with wits and strength, bent the world to their will. Kong was overjoyed at the prospect of such worthy competition, and he immediately set out to the north, hoping that the sage's story was true.
Traveling north, he crossed the Southern Wastes and then the Great Barrier. Unaware of the League, he arrived outside the Institute of War where he found Master Yi in meditation. Kong was eager to test the strength of these northern warriors, so he challenged Yi to a duel. Intrigued by Kong, Yi decided to humor him. Within moments of his first strike, Kong knew he was no match for Yi. To be the best, he would need a mentor. He asked Yi to take him as a pupil and to show him the wonders of the northern lands. In return, he would honor Yi by becoming the greatest warrior Runeterra had ever seen. Admiring his passion, Yi agreed, but only under the condition that Kong would one day teach the lessons of Wuju to a pupil of his own. In the spirit of this agreement, he renamed Kong ''Wukong'', and gave him a weapon suited to his unusual nature - an enchanted staff that the young Doran had crafted. The weapon was an unrivalled masterpiece. After rigorous training, Wukong joined the League of Legends to fulfill his promise and show the world the true power of Wuju.
''The first step to wisdom and greatness is realizing how little you know.''

Introduction to this build
Thanks for viewing my second build on MOBAFIRE.
This one is for Wukong, The Monkey King as you could alredy noticed :) And Im sorry for my English, still learning :)
There are 2 builds for now. - AD and Tank.

1st ranked as Wukong with my Tank build.
AD Masteries + Explanation
I take 21-9-0 because I feel that Wukong needs that 9 points in Defense.
Hardiness and Resistance help you a lil' bit in early game, but everything counts and can possibly save your life.
3 points in Evasion are a nice thing to have, explanation - dodging atleast 1 attack can save your life aswell :3
Deadliness - self-explanatory - 2% in critical ? I'll take IT !
Cripple - improved duration and reduce of 10 armor and magic resistance can help a lot !
Sorcery - Useful CD reduction for early game.
Alacrity - Useful attack speed for early game.
Sunder - Take it as + to your armor penetration. Useful again.
Brute Force - Not very noticable, but can help you last hit.
Lethality - Another crit improvenent for early game.
Havoc - Just, the best mastery for an AD.
Tank Masteries + Explanation
Typical DPS Tank masteries 9-21-0 nothing else to say here.

Defensive Mastery- Hard to notice, 2DMG block from minions.
Nimbleness- Little brother of Ghost for 5%, very useful in escaping.
Harden Skin- 1.5DMG block from everyone, with block equals 3.5DMG against minions.
Veteran's Scars- Awesome for tanks, nice HP boost in early game.
Reinforce- 50% splash damage is awesome when defending turrets.
Tenacity- Just awesome mastery for tanks.
DPS Runes + Explanation
greater mark of desolationGreater Mark of Desolation- Every instead of Exhaust.AD's 1st choice for runes. Great armor penetration for slicing through your enemies with yourCrushing Blow. If you don't know how armor penetration works, check out this link : http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Armor_Penetration
greater seal of vitalityGreater Seal of Vitality- I take this runes for nice HP boost in early game, and it still counts in mid and late game. It works ! :)
Greater Glyph of Strength- For some + damage, and yes, again, mainly for early game. You should know this by now :3
greater quintessence of desolationGreater Quintessence of Desolation- For more armor pene. You can change this one for something else, you don't need it that much because of Youmuu's Ghostblade you'll get early on.
Tank Runes + Explanation
greater mark of desolationGreater Mark of Desolation- Every Tanky DPS's 1st choice for runes. Great armor penetration for slicing through your enemies with your Crushing Blow. Greater Seal of Resilience- Armor for being less squishy in early *add*.
Greater Glyph of Warding- Magic Resistance for being less squishy in early *add*.
Greater Quintessence of Fortitude- Very nice quint for some + health in *add*.
I use these :
Exhaust- Great spell for Wukong while chasing low enemy or while using your Cyclone.
Flash- I think that this summoner spell is great for everyone, escape from your enemy though trees, building or ledges. Many uses.
Fortify- Awesome spell for every tank in game. Great in defending base.
Smite- Jungle Wukong only. I'll try to add build to JungKong too :)
Ignite- Again, great spell, you can use this one instead of Exhaust.
Ghost- Great for catching up to an enemy. You can use this one instead of Exhaust.
Heal- Okay, this spell could be useful in early game (:3) when you have only your Doran's Blade and you are in need of HP.
Clarity- I haven't found myself in need of mana in early game, but if you are inconfident, take it.
Teleport- Useful spell, many uses again.
I won't tell you that you shoudn't take , , or it is your game, your mind. Pick what you like. But I don't recommend that you should :D.
I will add more tomorrow, have to get some sleep :)
Yep guys , be patient. I am working on it. :)
