You're wrong, of course. When's the last time you ever saw Trinity Force on a tournament Kog'Maw? The answer is never ever... Why? It's because it costs too much for very little stats in each area. Spellblade is bad on Kog'Maw. Not only does he not have a very good natural AD growth, he doesn't have the range to abuse it without using his W.

Q> Hybrid?
I fully admit that Season 3 has less hybrid items for Kog'Maw. I thought I spelled that out clearly in the commentary, but I guess not. I can see a legitimate case for false advertising. Otherwise, the hybrid comes into play when considering the method of strategy. Classic ADC thinking, IMO, makes kog less effective. I guess a non-standard element (in the spirit of Hybrid) is focusing on attack speed as primary attribute.

Q> Trinity Force?
Two builds are included, one with Trinity Force and with Frozen Mallet. As for Trinity Force being weak for Kog'Maw, I could not disagree more. This gold intensive item has every stat Kog wants save health, plus spellblade (which is so-so for Kog).

Trinity Force is an extremely weak item on a Kog'Maw who is going Runaan's Hurricane. Frozen Mallet would be a far stronger choice.

When I clicked the title, I was promised a hybrid guide, so where is the hybrid part? :P
