Runes are suboptimal. Most pro players in the competetive scene use at least some HP seals. Life Steal Quints are outdated, you should replace them with AS ones. Marks should be 9x flat AD. Glyphs are ok but you can consider Mana Regen ones, too or full MRes against heavy poke lanes.

Masteries are ok. However, most pro Kog players(in LCS for instance) tend to use Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving instead of Warlord . What you have there works too, though.
