Story

Kog'Maw: When the prophet Malzahar was reborn in Icathia, he was led there by an ominous voice which thereafter anchored itself to his psyche. From within, this voice bestowed upon him terrible purpose, and though Malzahar was no longer tormented by its call, the voice did not cease its unrelenting summons. This baleful beacon's gentle flicker -- now fastened to Runeterra -- drew forth a putrid beast that ambled across a threshold it did not understand, widening a fissure between the spaces which were never meant to meet. There amongst the haunting ruins of Icathia, Kog'Maw manifested in Valoran with unsettling curiosity. The spark which led him to Runeterra teased him still, urging him gently towards Malzahar. It also encouraged him to familiarize himself with his new environment, to the stark horror of everything he encountered on his journey.

The enchanting colors and aromas of Runeterra intoxicated Kog'Maw, and he explored the fruits of the strange world the only way he knew how: by devouring them. At first he sampled only the wild flora and fauna he happened across. As he traversed the parched Tempest Flats, however, he came upon a tribe of nomads. Seemingly unhampered by conventional rules of physics, Kog'Maw consumed every nomad and any obstacles they put in his way, amounting to many times his own mass and volume. The most composed of his victims may have had time to wonder if this was due to the caustic enzymes which stung the ground as they dripped from his gaping mouth, although such musings were abruptly concluded. When his wake of catastrophe reached the Institute of War, an enthusiastic Malzahar greeted him with an enticing prospect: taste the best Runeterra could offer...on the Fields of Justice.

'If that's just hungry, I don't want to see angry.' --Tryndamere, the Barbarian King

Annie: In the time shortly before the League, there were those within the sinister city-state of Noxus who did not agree with the evils perpetrated by the Noxian High Command. The High Command had just put down a coup attempt from the self-proclaimed Crown Prince Raschallion, and a crack down on any form of dissent against the new government was underway. These political and social outcasts, known as the Gray Order, sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge. The leaders of this outcast society were a married couple: Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock, and his wife Amoline, the Shadow Witch. Together they led an exodus of magicians and other intelligentsia from Noxus, resettling their followers beyond the Great Barrier to the northern reaches of the unforgiving Voodoo Lands. Though survival was a challenge at times, the Gray Order's colony managed to thrive in a land where so many others would have failed.

Years after the exodus, Gregori and Amoline had a child: Annie. Early on, Annie's parents knew there was something special about their daughter. At the age of two, Annie miraculously ensorcelled a shadow bear - a ferocious denizen of the petrified forests outside the colony - turning it into her pet. To this day she keeps her bear ''Tibbers'' by her side, often keeping him spellbound as a stuffed doll to be carried like a child's toy. The combination of Annie's lineage and the dark magic of her birthplace have given this little girl tremendous arcane power. It is this same girl who now finds herself as one of the most sought-after champions within the League of Legends - even by the city-state who would have exiled her parents had they not fled beforehand.

''Annie may be one of the most powerful champions ever to have fought in a Field of Justice. I shudder to think of her capabilities when she becomes an adult.'' - High Councilor Kiersta Mandrake

Introduction

I'm introduseing Annie and Kog'Maw

This is not ment to be a guide, but a Item Build. The rules said i had to have 5 000 characters so thats the reason i wrote everything. If u want many kills follow my skill sequence and item build and ofc masteries ;) runes to tho.

Kog'Maw: One of the best champions in my opinion... He got an incredible range on his ultimate (Living Artillery) and he got a AoE (Area of Effect) slow and increasing range ability and a funny ability for just dmging oponents.

Annie: Annie is just OP (Over Powered) due to her insane Teddybear (Tibers). Tibers is a little teddybear she wields in her hand, but be careful she can call it upon your location and stun u and then ur dead! :D Also her passive is upon 5 spell casts she stuns the enemy. She got a Fireball spell wich got an insane dmg, im just telling it's awesomely fun. Also her "W" spell is AoE fire wich is awesome in teamfigths. Annies "E" spell is Molten Shield, upon being hit she deals dmg to the attacker :) helped me alot in gangfigths. ;) and now her teddy. Her ultimate! TIBERS!!! Upon calling it from above she stuns targets in the located area where Tibers knowks the ground. He got sunfirecape wich means AoE dmg :D

Runes

Kog'Maw: the reason i choosed these runes is because he is magic dmg/as nukedown champion. The mark rune Mark of Insgith is there because of the MAGIC pen. no other reason. The Seal runes are increasing his AP and AS wich means nuke. The glyphs is Force because at lvl 18 u will have more AP. Quintessence is increasing insane much AP so its pretty badass for Kog.

(Sorry for my bd english).

Annie: As you can see the marks are magic pen wich means ignoring a little magic resist. The seals are very simple u get more mana from Seal of Intelect wich means you can use abilities more and more AP from Seal of Potency that means more magic damage to enemies. Glyph of Force increases your AP each time you lvl up :D Quintessence of Potency is just awesome because it increases your AP very much wich means even more magic damage.

Masteries

Kog'Maw: As you can see it's hlping reading all the masteries :D Same for Annie

Items

Kog'Maw: Long Sword and a HP pot for start is awesome cause u get 10+ dmg and a little support healing from the potion. Next u buy Mercury's Treads IF the enemy got to much CC (Crowd Control). After that you buy Madred's Bloodrazor because it's a Kog'Maw item, Unique Passive: On hit, dealing magic dmg equal to 4% of the target max health. That mean OP. Next is Hextech 'Love' Gunblade because it got spell vamp/life steal, attack dmg and ability power (AP). Ah my good friend Nashror's Tooth, it got CD reduce (CD=Cool Down) Attk. Speed and AP. Malady, hm, how should i say this, even more Attk. Speed and AP :D what we like about Kog. Rabadon's Deathcap, if u ask a question about that, i will do something stupid. Well hope u liked that :D

Now the little monster Child :D

Annie: Doran's Ring because it's helping u go solo lane in either 3v3 or 5v5 depends what u like best. I recommend Sorcere's Shoes for all mages because it's Magic Penetration. If you get fed or just haveing not so skilled players against you get Mejai's Soulstealer because it gives 2stacks each kill/1 stack assist, and each stack increases your AP. Next up we got Catalyst the Protector cause it's giving mana and health, and u need it for the next item Rod of Ages because it gives u mana, health and AP every min. Tear of the Goddess is nice because it gives mana regen and mana! + Everytime u use an ability u get even more mana! ;) Btw u need it for Archangel's Staff. Needlessly Large Rod may be a little expensive, but after we're done getting enough to Rabadon's Deathcap the enemy will pay for mocking Annie. Next our friend Void Staff, i'm glad it exists because it gives 70 AP -.- BUT it gives 40% Magic Pen. ;) You probably won't get this far in a game but if you do get and item called Abyssal Crystal Scepter, cause it's just awesome to have with you in the Field of Justice.

Skill Sequence

Pls just follow it :D

Creeping / Jungling

Kog'Maw
If creeping stay close to your minions and use abilities more often then usual, but not to much so you get stuck with no mana left.

If jungling use the spell called smite instead of ignite and get a wriggle's lantern but sell that item when u need the others.

Annie
If creeping u should not have a problem with mana after reaching Archangel's staff. If you have you dont care cause you have Clarity.

If jungling, You shouldn't have a problem with anything.

Team Work

Kog'Maw
Use the slow to get enemies away from team mates. Use living artielry (ultimate) to check grass and corners for enemies. You can also use it if players are recalling to piss them off :D

Annie
Use tibbers for the stun when he hits the ground or use him to tank turrets. Use your spells often.
