Kog'Maw Build Guide by cjdakila

I hate Kog'Maw. I hate him so much since I play Caitlyn and Ashe a lot, but the last line in your introduction earned you this. My Ashe guide is in the tank right now because people don't realize that you need to try the build before downvoting.

but i would add some pictures and would buy madred's before but ok +1

I've played alot with CJ ( this Kog'Maw ) and he just burst at the enemys with so much damage! Yesterday he just made a pentakill, alone...

Runes:

Mana per 5 - Why get it if you're not going to harass? Armor runes save your life more and it's better late game.
Too much Armor Penetration (useless early game due to low dmg output)

Masteries:

Why get Runic Affinity? It's useless since the jungler won't give you the buff most of the times, even if you ask them.
No Flash mastery = Free kill if you're kog (too squishy without any escape mechanism)

Summoner spells:

Flash is still better than ghost on kog, why get speed when you get insta bursted down? flash saves lives, Ghost doesn't + explanation I did before
Heal is still better than exhaust in most situations
Teleport is basically wasting a summoner spell slot

Items:

Madred's Bloodrazor is useless against a tanky team cause of magic resist (They usually get Force of nature/Banshee's Veil which nullifies madred's passive).
Too much ad and no Last whisper for the easy gaming experience (easier kills even on tanks, even more on carries since they nowadays have armor to annoy you in lane) nor real resists.
Wriggles is situational
Thornmail = useless since you can kite ANYONE
Force of nature = useless
Guardian Angel = no point, why get this when you can kill anyone in 3 hits + if you die your passive usually kills someone that was left out practically dying.

Other remarks:

Kog'Maw is not weak until lvl4 (your runes make that happen), he's most likely weak until lvl3 (depending on runes and game style), after that he can slow and outrange anyone he's laning against.
Dragon pic = it didn't show up the dragon, it showed icefaith, that's why you could see the so called "enemy", dragon can't be cced

Sure you can see dragon if you hit him with ult its not a cc its an vision affect that can be applied on every enemy in LoL, so ... and madreds bloodrazor is alway good with Kog´ Maw its the only core item on him because tanks cant have so much MR that Madreds is useless. Play Kog more often before you critise some summoners who say it
